i read a book!

i read collided by Bal Khabra. I am really into hockey romances (and it has nothing to do with heated rivalry he lies) so i was excited to read this one. Unfortunately it was a very bad book. The first issue i would like to point out is multiple timing issues made it past editing. One of the main characters parents apparently died at three differnt years in his life. I would also like to point out just how unenjoyable the characters were. They really had very little substance and were just really unlikable for most if not all of the book. Also the plot of this books went nowhere. This book had a forced proximity trope and it just dissapeared like half way through the book with little to no context. All in all kinda dissapointed that i read this book i had like way higher expectations but i probabaly shouldnt have. I dont know there were just alot of points that just didnt flow well together and made the flow of the story and timeline feel really choppy. I didnt really like this book but what can i do about it.
